In addition to private-sector clients, the firm has represented government clients in multi-million dollar procurements for construction services and negotiations to resolve disputes regarding the scope of contract provisions, and has litigated bid protests and claims before the Contract Appeals Board. L&L assists governmental entities in managing and implementing major procurements and in developing effective procurement policies. The firm helps government clients draft contract solicitations and manage the source selection process.
